Private Energy Therapy Sessions
I've been helping clients for more than 10 years in over 3500 Energy Therapy sessions. Throughout that time, I've been studying various energetic techniques and getting professional training in the ones that I find most helpful. All this has helped me to become extremely effective in helping my clients achieve their goals. Why not join those who have enjoyed the benefits of leveraging off of all that experience?
Check out the testimonials on my website. The testimonials are true and most include a name and phone number because those people are offering to share their experience of working one-on-one with me. They saw the value of working with a professional, got great results, and want you to get great results too!

Article: Gold Medal Performance — even if you're not an Olympic Athlete!
Like many of you, the last two weeks I've spent a lot of time watching the Vancouver Winter Olympics, alternately thrilled by the superb performances and saddened by the terrible disappointment of those athletes who "under-performed". By "under-performing", I mean when an athlete performs far below their current world ranking.
In an effort to explain the phenomenon of under-performing, the sports commentators speak of the intense pressure at the Olympics. But all of these athletes are accustomed to pressure, and must have done well at many previous high pressure competitions in order to get a place on their country's Olympic teams. And why does one top athlete under intense pressure perform superbly (e.g. Shawn White's incredible half-pipe snowboard gold medal, making it look completely effortless) while an equally well trained
team-mate crashes?
The sports commentators also frequently say things like "It's all a mind-game" and that the athlete's "self-talk" can make the difference between a gold medal and not even finishing the race.
As an example, an athlete might have a belief like "I can win at the World Championships, but not at THE OLYMPICS - this is REALLY BIG!" It's pretty obvious how a belief like that might compromise an athlete's performance! If the belief were conscious, they could clear it up with EFT or TAT. If there were several such beliefs, which is not unlikely, then it would just take a longer. Using EFT, you want to work with each belief separately, ideally clearing all the events which generated the belief.
With TAT sometimes it's easier to "bundle" things and work with something like "all the beliefs preventing me from performing at my best at the Olympics". You'd then go through the standard TAT steps, and if anything remains of the bundle, do TAT on that.
So how does this help us non-athletes who want better "performance" in some situation or arena of our lives? Ask yourself, "Where am I under-performing in my life? What self-talk is getting in the way of my Gold Medal performance?" Are there any beliefs or self-talk that you can identify that might be getting in your way?
If you're aware of the self-talk, do EFT on it, or even better, on the events which contributed to it. If you're not aware of the self-talk, then there are a lot of creative ways to clear it with EFT. For example you might work with the physical sensations that come up in the situation, and that will often clear the self-talk.
Or you might use TAT, which is great at getting at the core or cause of the problem without having to articulate it.
Whatever methods you choose to clear up the "self-talk", test yourself in the "arena" and see how your "performance" changes. You'll probably see some improvement.
If you don't see any improvement in your performance, notice whether the self-talk has changed at all. You may have successfully cleared up one belief, and now the self-talk reveals another belief. That means it's working, so now just clear up the second belief, and so on...
Of course I've simplified things here for clarity. Elite athletes would work with a professional to get the best results, just as they do for their physical training.
Whether you choose to work by yourself or with a pro, DON'T GIVE UP! Often there are several beliefs between us and that "Gold Medal", so hang in there and keep working on whatever self-talk comes up for you. Be like those Olympic athletes that work for years to achieve their goals -- your goals are just as important as theirs!
Cheers,
Nina.
PS. Want to learn more about EFT and/or TAT? They're both really easy to learn — that's why I like teaching them, they make me look like a good teacher :)
Scroll down or check out the workshops here.
Or consider booking a private session (avec moi) to get a high calibre professional working with you, just like those Olympic athletes and their top-flight coaches.
QUALITY EFT TRAINING
Like anything else, EFT works best for those who have trained how to use it most effectively. There are a variety of ways you can learn EFT, so you can select one which most fits your learning style.
You might watch the excellent training DVDs made by the founder of EFT, Gary Craig. Unfortunately, Gary has recently announced that these are no longer available. These DVDs really are the "gold standard" for video based EFT training, so I hope they will soon become available again. In the meantime, you might try copying those belonging to a friend (it's ok - Gary Craig is fine with making up to 100 copies, generous man that he is)
If you would like to experience the interaction and feedback of a live workshop, come out to one led by me, Nina Bregman. I've been teaching EFT workshops since 2001 and have led over 90 workshops! If you're not completely satisfied with the workshop I return your fee — but nobody has every asked for that, so I must be doing something right!

If you're not sure about EFT training yet, you can read more about EFT in a free downloadable manual available at the EFT web site.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Workshops - Introductory and Intermediate Workshops
EFT works great for eliminating negative beliefs and reducing anxiety, depression, fears and phobias, cravings, and relieving all kinds of physical and emotional discomfort, dis-ease or pain. I use it all the time with my clients and on myself because it is so effective, easy to learn and use.
I feel that live workshops generate extraordinary benefits for all attendees. However, EFT is a very flexible process and thus this workshop represents the views of the presenter, Nina Bregman. Also due to time constraints, this training is not as complete as the standardized training offered at http://www.emofree.com.

Introduction to Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT) or "TAT Basics" Workshop
March 27-28, 2010 in Toronto
Tapas Acupressure Technique or TAT is a meditative healing method which was originally developed by Tapas Fleming, an acupuncturist, to treat allergies. But TAT isn't only for allergies! TAT is incredibly effective at relieving many other physical problems which are affected by stress, such as headaches, body pains, breathing difficulties, and skin and digestive disorders. TAT is also superb at freeing yourself of emotional issues, dispelling negative beliefs, and healing trauma and the after effects of trauma (PTSD). (As you may be able to tell, I am a big fan of TAT).
In this introductory workshop you’ll learn the basics of TAT and how it works. You’ll get lots of practice using TAT and learn how to apply it to a variety of types of problems, as well as see demos which will help you gain insight into more intuitive and creative uses of TAT. You’ll go away with the confidence to apply these techniques immediately in your daily life and work. For more information on this workshop, Check here.
